LIWF 2012 takes place 22-24 May at ExCeL London

If you are exhibiting as part of a national country pavilion, you must contact them directly for information on space availability. Otherwise you will need to book your stand through our sales team; for exhibitors in Italy, Spain and Latin America, please contact your local agent.

Consider how much space you need, in square metres:
 

               - Shell package at £362 / per sq.m.
 
               - Space only at £302 / per sq.m

Shell Package is a pre-built stand with walls, lights,   name-plates, shelving and a counter, which you just need to 'dress'.
 
Space only is the name given to an area with nothing whatsoever on it. You are literally renting an empty 'space' on which you must build your own stand.

Companies who ask for a large space generally build their own stands, and smaller companies opt for the 'shell scheme package'.

The point in time when you book and the size of space needed determines where your stand goes in the Hall. This you will need to discuss with our sales team.
